General Operative – Sutton Bridge, Lincolnshire

We are looking for General Production Operatives to join the team based in Sutton Bridge, Spalding, Lincolnshire.

Full time permanent roles, on a 4 on 4 off, 6am to 6pm shift pattern.

No experience is necessary as full training is provided.

You will also get the opportunity to learn new skills in other roles within the production department, should you want to progress further.

£9.81 basic hourly rate,

Your key responsibilities will be –

• Packing, Stacking, Grading,
• Understanding customer specifications in terms of quality and size grading
• Removing any raw material with defects that are not acceptable to the customer from the moving line
• Ensuring the correct data is on printed information, including date, variety, grower and the correct count in each tray/bag/shippers
• Working as one team and ensuring all efforts are made to achieve continuous production
• Lifting heavy trays & sacks
